The Big Ten conference has reached a new seven-year agreement to sell its broadcasting rights for more than $1 billion a year, a record for a college league. Big Ten football games will air on Fox, ESPN, NBC, and CBS starting July 1st, 2023. FS1 and Big Ten Network will also gain media broadcasting rights. USC, UCLA, and other schools recently joined the Big Ten conference, and with the possibility of more universities joining the new deal could increase to $10 billion thanks to an escalator clause. Starting in 2023 under the new deal, Big Ten contests will be televised at different times on Fox, CBS, and NBC for primetime match ups.
